New payment centers constructed in Lockhart, Brenham, Bastrop,
Giddings, and Manor provide a clear design image founded in the
central Texas heritage of the Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative.
Native Texas limestone, local pine, exposed structural steel, and ample
glass are used to create a confident, modern prototype retail building.
